Complete your registration and waiver forms in advance of your visit to DWRA and participation in any classes.

You may email the completed forms to Renee Adams at dwra.org@gmail.com OR print the completed forms and bring them along with you to the club.
Please do not use valuable class time to complete the forms. Your crew mates will thank you. Full payment and registration is required for participation in any programs or events at DWRA.
